Dr. Michael Zinngrebe can look back on many years of experience in the field of monitoring strategies. Already 1989 the company – then named ibz - Ingenieurbüro Zinngrebe – starts with their first production of systems to monitor adaptive processes and touch dressing. The following are development and production of numerous other systems, also in cooperation with partner in different countries. The result of these years of developments is the well-engineered PCT Module, on market today. Of course the optimization continuously goes on, to improve and monitor machining processes much more effective.

The conception and implementation of new monitoring strategies and
applications methods, as well as the analyzing
of problems at process monitoring on machine
tool building are the specialty of Dr.
Michael Zinngrebe. In 1990 he earned
his doctorate at the Institut für
Fertigungstechnik und Spanende Werkzeugmaschinen
(Institute of Production Engineering and Cutting
Machine Tools) at Hanover with the subject
„Adaptive Prozessführung beim Innenrundschleifen
mit digitalen Grenzregelungen“ (Adaptive Process
Control at the Internal Circular Grinding with
Digital Adaptive Control
Constraint). Since 2001 he is working
as developer and CEO in the company he founded,
the Dr. Zinngrebe GmbH.
After graduating from the HWR Berlin in the
field of computer science Niklas Zinngrebe
and Michael Zinngrebe are leading the company
together into the future. He brings valuable
knowledge and new perspectives to continue the
development of our products. Furthermore, he is
in contact with our customers to identify
requirements on-site early on and thus stay up
to date.
